Come and join us for an all levels lovely yoga session with ex ballerina & wellness coach Josephine McGrail
The class consists of breathe work to aid stress release, yoga poses to create strength and flexibility and mindfulness meditation to help calm down our busy city minds. Expect a full body work out finishing with deep stretches and a wonderful guided relaxation.
Class is £10 kindly paid in cash
