Looking to relax and destress? Come and join us for an all-level lovely yoga session with ex-ballerina & wellness coach Josephine McGrail.
The class consists of breathing work to aid stress release, yoga poses to create strength and flexibility, and mindfulness meditation to help calm down our busy city minds. Expect a full-body workout finishing with deep stretches and wonderful guided relaxation.
