THE FACTORY

The Factory is Tanner Street’s first floor studio space. The Factory is split into one large room and three smaller rooms by an iconic wooden wall, with each of the three smaller rooms each have different wallpaper. This makes the Factory particularly popular for those wishing to have a range of spaces and looks in one hire. The Factory also has a small kitchenette for you to use.
The Factory is available for all sorts of hires, including photography and film, events and creative shows. Because our old wooden floorboards aren’t too soundproof, we often hire the Factory along with the Loft. Please ask for more details when you enquire.
The Factory has been used for music videos by Paloma Faith, product launches by Beefeater Gin and Propercorn, TV series’ including The Face, photoshoots, as well as numerous private parties and dinners.
