This year we are presenting a body of work which celebrates the ongoing development of students from first and second year BA Fine Art at City & Guilds of London Art School. The interim show is a brilliant opportunity to view work from a multitude of talented artists beginning their careers as creative practitioners. It offers an insight into the studio practice from an art school that has smaller and more personal groups. This in turn reveals a coalescence of artworks that are made in a creative environment that grows organically and collectively. We as students have cooperated to present artworks ranging from paintings and prints to sculptures and installations, some fierce and raw, others clean and uncluttered. However, all come together to leave a mark, a presence, an impression on the space that they occupy.
